U/D pulleys-balance torque?

Can anyone confirm the torque sequence (suggestion) for the Steeda U/D pulley (crank-balancer) for the mid-01 to 04 mod motor? Is it the same as the older versions?

Damn it...I can't edit the title. I mean the crank-balancer pulley.

Yes, I did. I found the instructions in the meantime. Just wanted to see if anyone came on quick with a reply. I'm off tomorrow and thought about doing them tonight.
