Update

Well as most of you know I was in a wreck in my 03 Cobra a couple of Sundays ago the 15th. Just wanted to give yall an update on the situation. Finally got together with the insurance company and they decided that even though the roof and floor pan was "buckled" that it could be fixed. I have since decided that I don't want it fixed b/c I do not believe anyone could fix it to my satisfaction. So I am going to pay off the rest of the loan and part out the car as much as this upsets me I think it's the only option I have. So in the next couple of days I will list the parts I'm going to sell off the car in the classified section. Hopefully this will offset some of my costs and I will come out of this ok. Well except for the emotional scars...

That sucks. If your sub-frame is bent, the car should be totaled due to, if nothing else, safety issues. The car will never be right again. Hope you come out of this OK.

They ended up paying for the repairs that would have been done. It didn't total the car but, I am verry picky and did not want the car fixed. So to cover my loss I am selling the rest of the "good" parts off the car.

I'm sorry to hear that bro. I went yesterday to see how my Mach was coming along. They already painted the new door and rear bumper cover. They still need to paint the front bumper cover and right rear quarter panel. I sure hope it comes out looking good. I'm going to post a few picks later on it.

Dude,
When I wrecked my 03 Mach1 (didnt look like it was that bad) They told me there is a brace behind the dash that if it is bent the car is totaled due to structual damage. I would fight um if I was you and try to get it totaled. It is up to you to accept or decline what they offer you. Just a suggestion bcuz I havent seen your car but from the description it sounds bad enuf to be a total loss.
