What's the difference between these quadrants & which one do I get?

the difference in the two quadrants is the distance and location of the hook in relation to the pedal peg. the speed release (single hook) is in the same location as the middle hood on the triple hook quadrant. This quadrant MAY require a firewall adjuster (which i would recomend anyway) and a shorter cable (must be an adjustable cable). i have used both and the triple hook provides the best feel and smoothest action. i use the last hook with a factory length cable and a fire wall adjuster. i have my cable adjusted to about 3/4 of the way up the threads, and the fire wall adjuster about half travel. this gives me a slightly higher than stock action on my clutch pedal with full disengagment.

Will the triple hook work with the FMS cable & the UPR quadrant?

the triple hook is the quadrant, or am i missing your question. On my car right now, i have the upr triple hook quadrant, upr firewall adjuster, and the FRPP heavy duty adjustable cable. it all works great together. i also have this hooked up to a FRPP HD clutch fork and a factory replacement FRPP clutch and pressure plate. What i really like is now that the cable is set up, all i have to do is mess with the firewall adjuster and i can adjust where the action of my clutch is at the pedal.

Yes, but without the firewall adjuster the stock cable may be too long (i had this problem).
