Valve Covers???????

Got a question for you guys. I just put in a 03 GT longblock, and I noticed that on the passenger side valve cover PCV valve there is like a small 2 prong connecter. Since mine is a 02 it does not have the other end of the connector, what is this connection for and will effect the performance of the car. Will I have to swap valve covers off my 02 block? Is there a difference between years? Any help would greatly be appreciated!!!! Thanks!!!! Jake

On the 03s the computer is connected to it that will give you a code if it goes bad. if you are not using the computer from the 03 you should not have a problem. if you are you may get a light.
