Vibration at 1.6K-2.3K rpm

I have a vibration on my '89 GT between 1,600 rpm thru 2,300 rpms then it kinda smooths out. This is in neutral too. I recently installed a spec stage 3 clutch kit and resurfaced my flywheel, could they of f**ked up my flywheel? I took it to Napa, when I got it back my dad had looked at it and said they might of cut it too much. I hope not

As long as the shaved it evenly it should be a problem.

I'll have to see if they shaved it evenly,I need to pull the tranny out. Does anybody know where I can get the flywheel checked for balance?
