Rubbing alcohol works great. If its on paint apply hand wax right after

Believe it or not I have always used crisco or olive oil. Soak the sticker or glued on items with it, then thoroughly clean with soap and water.

+1 to goo gone not working very well. When I removed my stripes, glue was left and I got some of it off, but not all. It still needs to be waxed and buffed many months later.![]()
