I'm for McCain, but If obama wins we get Joe Biden! Like having Yogi as VP.

Joe says if you make over 250K you need to step up and be "patroitic" and pay more taxes!!

Joe says in 1929 FDR would have gotten on TV and explained the situation to the country!!!

Hey Joe little to no TV in 1929 and Hubert Hoover was the Thirty-First President 1929-1933!!!!!!

The funniest is when at one of his rallies he introduced the guy in the audience in a wheel chair then asked him to stand up!!!!

I do believe IF Obama wins we will be OK

Palin Talks Russia With Katie Couric (VIDEO)

Basically, anyone who lives in a state that borders another country has foreign policy experience. Right. She may give a good speech when it is prepared by someone else, but on the fly, she seems mildly retarded.

Only chance Palin has is to save herself at the debate. At thought Palin could live up to the hype at first, but after her videos I am not so certain.

WOW you guys are way too serious.
I think they are all funny!!!!!

The sorry part of the whole election is that people think the Pres runs the country and as you can see from the finanical bailout it's CONGRESS that runs the country. People should pay more attention to the senate and house races in their states, and be more selective on who they send to D.C.

As I said before I'm for McCain but if Obama win we will be OK.

If we had term limits on Congress it'd solve a lot of problems too.

WTF is this world coming to when i acutally agree with Brent again. at least about this. but CaptainSteve is right, they won't limit themselves. if only they would put it to a popular vote. then, IMO, it would happen.

also, just something that i saw that i found mildly amusing. my kids school did a mock primary election and then did the conventions. it was for 5th grade only and my oldest ran to be McCain. he didn't win but instead was made to be a Secret Service agent. so my wife and i go to the convention to support our oldest and as i'm looking around, i see a sign held by two kids that says Obama Nation. i started to chuckle and pointed it out to my wife and told her how ironic it is that Obama Nation sounds so similar to Abomination. just my .02.

this country has had worse than both of these clowns. we have survived those and we will survive whomever wins this time. but just like John Kerry, there is something about Obama that scares the piss out of me. there is something behind that smile and it isn't just his mouth. once again, just my .02. :disturbed

seriously, the country has handled itself with a babbling bug eyed twit in the oval office for the last 8 yrs. now, I have to admit, he was the lesser of the two evils, but hey, he made us Texans look like idiots! His Vice President shoots people in the face and chuckles about it.
McCain will have a stroke, Palin will look like Bush, but instead make Alaska look stupid.
Osama (lol) will just be told no by congress like Bush is now.
either way, the other two houses will run the county.
    Deep thought...

Obama won't be told no. Democrats will gain even more seats in the House and Senate after November giving Democrats a clear majority.

They didn't do much because Bush will veto anything they try to put through.

Do you honestly think that Democrats could push through a National Healthcare system with President Bush right there with his veto pen ready? What about the Iraq war? You already see where the Senate and House passed a resolution that set a timeline for leaving Iraq and Bush vetoed it. Right now they don't have enough Democrats to override the Veto. They won't have to worry about it if Obama wins. They just need 51 votes, or 50 since Biden would be the final vote.

Obama and the Democratic controlled Congress will have FREE REIGN to do whatever they please after January 2009. That is, if Obama wins, which is who I think will end up winning.
