wanting to go wingless

i have a triple black 02' gt that i want wingless but what could i use to cover up the bolt holes, heard of push pins, would this work and if yea would i have to squeeze some silicone under them to keep water from seeping in.

do it!!! wingless FTW no question about it on a 99-04 stang.

you really dont have to use push pins to cover up, be creative.
I used some kind of play-doe like stuff, smoothed up the top so its flush w/ the body, then just used a black markie and it looks real good.
the stuff i used i found at homedepot, its used to fill in the door seems.

yeah, wingless is the way to go..... I used nylon door plugs that are available at Home Depot or Lowe's

or I can get ya done for about $250. its not hard to fill the holes. I did mine in a matter of about 3-4 hours, and had my cousin prime and paint it for me.

Wingless, I dont see anything wrong with using plugs..
Though mine came wingless so I really cant give you a real opinion on the pins or not..

though alot of 6's like myself dont have wings.. they serve no purpose but looks, and frankly I think it looks better clean and w/o the spoiler..
should get a poll on wether or not to keep it or drop it.

and you see PLENTY of 8's w/o spoilers, its not just a 6 thing.

i know the cobras are wingless and thats one of my favorites but me personally think they look better with wings it all depends on your own taste

well i took off my wing and the paint underneath was fugly even after i cleaned it, was bubbled in a few areas. i personally luved the way it looked jus cuz my car is triple black, sorta looked like a bullitt which i dig. but any other color i have my doubts. ( but yeah had to bolt it back on)

Hard to tell they arent your real plates, why not get that as your real plate?

i thought my car car looked pretty gay without the wing.
I think the factory hood scoop and no wing looks a little off. If I had a different hood I may attempt the no-wing look, but that would kill my sleeper look. LOL
