i was out at SAR on weds - 7/6. made it to the third round, then redlighted before running a .283 on a .27 dial in. and i donw want to brag, but of the final five cars, 4 were chevy and 1 was mopar. the ricers never showed, and then again neither did the stangs. wonder why LSS doesnt represent better?? well then again, the last time i raced heads up against an lss'er, i smoked an 04 mach1. Is that why you guys dont show? :rotf:

Nope...makes a little more sense, although I would think that a Mach with NOS would blow the doors off of a mostly stock Impala SS.....Loved those back in the day but that Mach driver must have not had a very good run...my .02 anyway....you beat him because you ran a better 1/4 mile time or just ran closer to whatever your dial in was?

and to be honest - the guy i beat in the mach had problems with the bottle. he beat me in ET, but i got a .563 light to his 1.02. BUt as everyone knows, the only thing that matters is who gets to the line first, which i did.
