Thanks guys and gals. Unfortunately I didnt get any pics. I forgot the damn camera and was so pissed at myself. Oh well. It was three days of drinking and one day of getting sick. We went from Long Beach to Ensanada Mexico (great place!). BIG ass XX signs all over Mexico...felt like I was back home. Our ship had and emergency so we had to dock in San Diego at one point which was fine by me because man that ship was swaying. Overall good time although I wish Mick was with me :jeff:

Dont you hate when you get sick while on vacation. What is the food or sea sickness? I have been wanting to go on a cruise as well. I am not sure though becuase the one time I went on the gambling boat I didnt feel to hot. Dont know if I could do it for 3-4 days. :larry03gt

I think I got sick because of the alcohol the night before
Don't ever drink milk the next day when you are hung over...it doesnt taste too well coming back up two hours later.

What the worse part was is it took about 2 hours to get off the boat. Here I am all sick and chlosterphobic in the hallway with about a bazillion other people eager to get off the boat. I had to sit on the floor a few times before I puked on all those people. I am sure I looked crazy or something. :mustngsha

If you only got mildy sick from a gambling boat you should be OK on a newer cruise ship. The motion is more intense on a smaller boat, and the larger, newer cruise ships have stabalizer wings that extend out the side of the ship under the water to assist in stability in rougher water. I hear it makes an amazing difference. Plus theres a patch you can out on your ear that really helps as well

Welcome back. Getting seasick is one of those things you never know will happen until you've tried it. Went on a Pacific cruise for 21 days on this "tub" and never felt quezy at all. Bad thing about the cruise was that is was one way. :thumbdown

Uh yeah, I sat on his big, uh, steering wheel.

We didnt even talk to the captain but did see the drivers seat from our balcony.
