What can you tell me about the Seguin area?

I'm browsing around for a new job, one that relocates me to the San Antonio area.

I've found one that I like and it prefers that the applicant live in the Seguin area, isn't that close to SAR?

What else is there to know about that area?

Thanks

-James

I've only passed through it going to Houston 2.5 years ago.

Would I be better to live in New Braunfels and commute?

Suggestions please.

OK well, in that case if I take the job I'd rather live somewhere else and commute becuse if I do this it's likely my friend and her 1 year old will live with me

I lived in Seguin for a about a year or so a while back. It is alright, it really all depends on where you live which is like almost any city. There are good parts and not so great parts. I lived off of Hwy123 on abour 10 acres when I lived out there so I didn't have any really close neighbors, but the people that lived around that area were all very nice.

The only thing about new braunfels is that it's full of old people who drive slow, and the tourist season for schlitterbahn is june-august.

Prob with New Braunfels also is if yer not in their little "CLICK" up there yer an outsider and always will be..oh and the town closes up early there too...especially during the week... lived there for 3 yrs..moved back to live oak and commuted back and forth and was alot happier....

well I haven't talked to her about it yet, and if I do this, it'll be a while. Not only that but I'm also waiting to hear back from the company.

Thanks for y'all's help!

So time will tell, I'd just like to ask y'all to pray for me and hope that I get the plan that God has for me. I honestly hope and believe that the Lord wants me down there and I'll be with her and her son, not only that, I'll make more money
