what clutch to get??

I have a full bolt on GT and its time to replace my clutch . There are so many out there that I dont know which to get..my car is not a daily driver I drive it maby every other weekend, what clutch do yal recommend . I heard spec stg 2 clutch is good.

a little bit of both but more of a weekend cruiser, but I do love to bang the gears .

IMO Spec is crap. They seem to be hit or miss. Some people have no problems with them, some people (like myself) have had nothing but problems with them.

I finally installed a Fidanza stage2 and an aluminum flywheel along with a Steeda quadrant & cable adjuster. I like this setup, the clutch isn't too heavy and it's holding just fine in my bolt on GT.

I have a Spec stage 3 in our 04. It is smooth as silk with almost no chatter at all. Almost like stock. But they Key to having it that smooth is to get the whole clutch assembly balanced. Most persons do not want to pay extra for that to be done aka this is where the hit or miss comes from.

I have a spec 3 in the BAB(T56) and like it okay, granted I havn't been to the track in it yet. But it grabs hard.

Very true. I had the prssure plate/flywheel assembly balanced before I put it in. It can make a huge difference.
