what do i need with an 8.8 rear end?

im looking to pick up an 8.8 rear end out of a 2003 gt and i was wondering what all i needed with it. i saw the whole axle with diff and brakes. but i dont need suspension or anything with it do i? if not im going to go pick it up this week and take it somewhere for install! it will be cheaper than buying a detroit trutrac

na, IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN, suspension is the same... just the rear end disk to disk

alright well the guy said hes got the brakes and everything in between. im going to go try and check it out tomorow

do it..... how much is it gonna cost you to put in? 'cause i'd be more than willing to help in a little while... the only catch is you'd have to wait till i make it down there... you should save for some 3.73's before you put it in, thatway you can take the whole thing to the gear installer.. and not have to leave your car

im supposed to go look at it and the guy wants 250. i have a set of 3.73s for a 7.5 that ill sell and maybe get money for gears for the 8 if there arent already some in there
