what a mess...all over a $400 phone...not sure if I agree with it or not, I'd probably cut my losses and run.

Sounds like he did have a life - he was just someone who got sick and tired of dishonest losers/thieves and decided to do something about it.

it is a bit much over a 400 $ phone, but, i know how i feel when someone messes with me, then threatens me, or attempts to mess my life up in any way. In the past, i lost a cell phone as well - some kid in the neighborhood stole it off the trunk of my car when i was inside getting a drink of water. i called the phone, and said i would give a reward to him if he returned it, but it didnt work. gave the info to the converse police - with a printout of the #s he had called. but the converse police did nothing about it. granted, it is only a cell phone, and im sure they had more to do than track down a cell phone. but i gavethem the evidence they needed to track down the thief, and they ignored it. now if i had gotten his address???? i would have gone there in a heartbeat - but maybe its best i didnt .
