It's a little raspy, but not that bad.

I'd like to hear it above 2,5k RPM though. It didn't sound like he revved it too high.

ok... yeah, that's pretty raspy.

but I'm going to choose my words carefully here.... because my new exhaust might sound a bit raspy as well.

Don't know if you remember what mine sounded like when you drove it (granted it's a 2V), but it's LT's, catted X, and 40's. I'm still unsure if I like it, but there is this nice sweet spot in 2nd gear at about 4k where she just purrs. Of course... I've never really heard my own car opened up, cuz I'm always the one driving it. I vote O/R H with flows because that's what I used to have and loved it, but if that guy has the same midpipe that you have... I don't think it sounds bad at all IMO.

there's a guy in triple-s sn95 sonic blue cobra who i believe has flowmasters, it sounds really good at idle or low rpm's but once he gets on it there's a really raspy sound that i personally dont like but if you do, go for it man.

rasp sounds so much meaner i think. my second fav exhaust note is from the 360zs n g35s(when they are stock, or just have a midpipe..aka not riced) they sound so bad ass
