Only reason I havn't ditched the flows is because of the X pipe.. cuz it DOESN't sound like an old truck LOL that is all you hear around here, makes me sick.. the X gives it a more ripping sound which is kinda cool I suppose!

I had MAC eaqual length shorties, bassani o/r x and 2 chamber flows. The drone was terrible.

I would suggest a MAC catback or a Bassani catback if you want somthing different. The Bassani is expensive as hell, but it sounds awsome!!

I have heard alot of good reviews on the bassani mufflers.. havnt heard any yet though!

I have been listening to all kinds of mufflers from video clips... I don't like the sound of those much. Sounds like a fat lady farting... I am really liking the Bassani mufflers, think I am gonna try those out.

I have only heard the Bullets dumped. I thought they sounded decent. But I think they will sound better with tail pipes.

Yeah, never know till you try! I know on my old truck I went through about 6 different exhaust setups before I got what I liked... I know it was extreme to do so, but whatever =) I am particular lol

friday, i get mac shortys and prochamber installed, with my flowmasters dumped, hopfully it sounds badass, and i wonder if the prochamber really gives u 25hp, i guess i'll find out :jeff:

I don't know about that power gain... but I know it is gonna sound sweet as hell! I would go that route, but I just want a different sound... but the pro chamber and mac's sound sweeeeeeeeeet!! Let us know what ya think after its done!

yup. Its just a round muffler. Its going to be loud as hell without tailpipes.
Are you sure you want that muffler?

the 86 is running an offroad H with 2 chamber flows and mac shorties.

the 85 is running longtubes and will have 2 chamber flows shortly.

i love flows, but probably not what you're looking for... and im sure you've heard them before, haha.

Dude, seriously... get 1 chamber flows!! ALLLLOOOTTTT less drone, if ANY! I found out why my car is so much quieter than what I figured it would be... (if you can say it is quiet) HEH... it is because the Dr. Gas X pipe... it has been proven to drop the db level up to 75%

i bought my mufflers off of scottyboy already, last weekend. the drone doesnt bother me at all. i loved the way my 86 sounded.

Well....I still want it loud, but out the back of the car. My same setup with tailpipes isn't too loud at all. Thats why I want a louder muffler but with tailpipes. Also my car looks so much better with tails. :jeff:
