You think it's just 4"? The black 'vert on their page has the same hood, but it looks smaller. I guess that one could be the 3". Me likey.

If you scroll down (make it past the bikini-clad hottie), the hood I like is on the 3rd car down. Under the flamed Fox Body.

The hood that the Bullitt has looks like the HOFibertrends hood. "looks like it" Im not saying it is. But that looks sweet. I would buy it if my stang wasnt a daily driver.

Before you do, make sure you sit in someones stang that has a 4" cowl hood. I've got some friends that thought it looked bada$$ and had planned on buying them, until they sat behind one and saw the obstruction it caused while sitting in the driver seat.

Graves, I like your car just the way it is. It's beautiful. What about adding a shaker system to it? I think that would be pretty different and good lookin.

Thanks!

I fiddled with that idea a while ago. Then, someone on IMBOC actually did it...used a Mach hood and everything. Didn't look too good, imo. Granted he had a stock bumper with no chin spoiler...but it just looked odd.

I didn't want to follow in his foot steps. A cowl hood that I've never seen on another Bullitt would be nice.

Hood looks retarded unless you need the clearance for an 8 second car. My friends car had a hood like that and it just sucked! It was hard to see when driving and everybody revved and tried to race.

People will laugh at you if you have that hood and arent at least running low 10s
