Umm...
Nothing...
Engine is out, trans is out, ok everything is out.
Right now it is just a shell, putting in a full frame, narrowed rear end, floors, Mustang II front suspension. Everything.

I used to just run regular 10w30 oil, nothing particular.

I've always run 10/30 motorcraft, I tried mobile 1 a couple times, just cant afford it anymore.
Being I work in a lube shop area, im tempted to try amsoil since all of our customers love it, however i wouldnt go over 5k with normal driving on amsoil, but they guarantee you can go 7k with it, if you use an amsoil filter.?

I used Royal Purple in my '01 Bullitt when I had it... I am using Mobile 1 Synthetic in my '94 GT.

In my opinion... Amsoil & Royal Purple are currently the best synthetics available.

I run synthetic...Mobile 1 Or Castrol syntec...

I did discover Wally World aka Wal Mart sells 5 quart jugs for 19.99 - 21.99
of these brands - I run 5w 20 in our Expedition with 102,000 miles and the oil is crystal clear! I run 5w 30 in the Cobra with 97K and crystal clear oil.

My .02 for whatever it's worth.
