Talking What oil do you run?.................

Just wondering? Everyone has there personal preference. Synthetic or regular? What about semi-synthetic? Anyway tell us what you’re using.....Later

i run whatever i feel like the day i change my oil... generally something like castrol or valvoline though.. once the new motor is built and broken in, i'll be going to royal purple (i get a bad ass deal since we are a rp authorised dealer)

you realise motocraft is a synthetic blend right? as valvoline is not.. unless you specifically get their blend.

well in my 5.0s I did use just regular old 10w30 motor craft....and valvoline...now in my 4.6 I use synthetic

Sounds like a good deal. My good friend runs Royal purple. Help says nothing is better. I have never tried it, Might consider it, couldn't hurt.

mobil 1 10-30 for my 99 c5 vet
mobil 1 20-50 for the race cars
i change oil every 3 mos regardless of mileage
i cant notice the difference between royal purple/mobil one except for the price.. and of course the color

I use 10-40 castrol high mileage anti-sludge

I run valvoline VR-1 20w50 in my stroker change it every 3000 miles or so with a motorcraft filter or wix brand filter....car runs fine.

Tuned at PSI.pulled threw 5800 no stop shut it down at 6 grand....

Next motor all out with it...hope make 6-7 hundred hp

10w30 Castrol GTX High Mileage, she runs damn great. I've ran the yellow bottle kind(i forget teh name) before and she hates it.
