Yummy - cinnamon graham crackers! I worked out today during my lunch break - gotta start getting back into that. I ate a salad, grapes and a string cheese.

mmmmm cheese!!!
I want to start working out a little bit too in the evenings. It's crazy how much better you will feel in a week after working out for just 20 to 30 minutes a day. |

I joined the salad bus. Made my own though with some kind of lettuce that has a reddish tint to the ends, grape tomatoes, carrots, a few green olives, parmesan cheese (shredded) and vinegrette dressing. I am loving fruits and veggies!!

For sure. We save a lot of money packing Jeff's lunch and me eating from home whenever possible. You can really make a week's worth of lunches for around $10 which is how much you can spend on a day if you are Jeff, or two of food!!

I agree making lunches at home saves a lot of money. It's hard to find anything around where I work (other than the Army chow hall) that's less $7. We always try to pack ours.
Michelle - I heard it’s good for prego women to continue working out during pregnancies - its helps the delivery be a little easier. At least that’s what I heard. I really need to get back into working out. My foot is starting to feel a little better. |
