I've got KYB AGX's which are adjustable on mine. I haven't messed with the settings all that much, but when I got it back after PSI installed my suspension mods it was very firm when at the maxed out setting and you could slam on the brakes with practically no nose dive. And when you would get on it from a stop, you wouldn't get thrown back in the seat so much from motion transfer. I then softened them up one notch front, two notches in back, and haven't messed with it since. It's still a very firm/rough ride that comes with the lowered cars, but it's a firm/roughness that I think handles pretty well. That's my opinions on them so far, take it for what it is I guess. Hope it helps some.
