    Wheel and Tire fitment

I'm changing the wheels and tires on my 07 GT and was wonderig if I will have a problem with the set that I want. I do not like the lower profile look that has become so popular. I am going for more of the old muscle car look and here's what I had in mind but want to make sure that there's not gonna be a rubbing issue. I really want the taller aspect...
Frt 18 x 9 with Nitto555 265/50/18 according to Nitto web these are 28.43 inflated
    Rear 18 x 10 w/Nitto555 295/45/18 these say 28.31 inches inflated

i'm running the 295/45/18's on the rear and 255/45/18's on the front with a pro kit. i think it looks pretty good, no rubbing or fitment issues at all. the tall tires also help with the 4.56 gears i run

Perfect Blu-ovl, this is the set up that I want but was afraid of any rubbing, I had 265/50 in mind but really figured that there would be a problem due to them being so tall. Ill be ordering them in the morning...I really appreciate your reply and pics, you eased the worry for sure...Thanks again

if your car is lowered you may want to buy an adjustable panhard bar. the rearend moves off to the side a little as you lower the vehicle, and with a tall tire like that you may run into an issue unless it's perfectly centered. i've never had any tire rub at all but i had the rear centered up before i installed this set up
