Wheel Question in here!

Does anyone know if there is any companies out there that make these wheels in either a 17x9 & 17x10 or 18x9 & 18x10? I love the way that these look especially now that I have a set on my car I just wish they were wider if not bigger.

Here is the wheels I am talking about:

If not, who would be interested if I could get a company to actually make these in the above sizes?

How strong are wheels that have been widened? That is the only thing that I am concerned with.

someone on this site had his rear wheels widened (same wheels as yours) and it looked sweet.

nobody makes any other sizes though, so it would have to be custom

i talked to a guy about SHORTENING my front rims, because i wanted some Cobra R skinnies, haha... and he said he could only take about an inch of the wheel (16x7.5, down to 16x6.5) before it would become too weak and lose functionality. an educated guess would say that you can only widen the wheels by an inch as well, before it starts becoming weak, but who knows.... id still beleive that they can make them pretty wide and still strong.
