Wheel spacer question

If I were to run 15" Draglites on my car, what size spacer do I need for the fronts to clear the Cobra brakes?

I don't want to run something as permanent as that, since I'll only have the skinnies on a few hours every couple of weeks. The more I look into it, the more I doubt I'll even run them at all!

That is not permanent Kat, you take the original wheel off, put the new one on, the spacer goes first, then you just bolt it down...

I was told that you have to cut the stock studs to fit the wheel on...And how much is that gonna make the wheel stick out?

Good possibility on that spacer there, but if you had the 10 hole pattern, it may not be an issue,,,

but trimming the lug studs can be a slight dis-advantage when wanting ti return the stock wheels back on.

if that is seriously what you have to get, dont do it!

i bought those spacers a while back. I did have to cut my stock studs, and the spacer couldn't be torqued down for nothing. While driving, my damn wheel nearly fell off; they were on ebay that night.

I use the 1" hubcentric at the track with my centerline convo pros. I put them on at home and drive to the track and back with no problems. I actually drove with them for a week on the streets while I was being lazy and when I took them off they were still tight.

I had to grind the tips of the studs. Took about an hour for both front wheels and I still use my 18x9's up front with no problems after grinding.
