Where can you buy Tripoli and white rouge for metal polishing here in town?

I am about to polish a set of valve covers, an intake, and maybe a few other parts...does auto zone or anyone like that sell it?

Who does?

Thanks!

lol John,

Larry is ANTI-craftsman, if it doesn't come on the snap-on truck, he wont use it. (it's one of those cert. technician things..you know).

As for doing it by hand, you can use tripoli and rouge by hand if you want.

have you ever tried doing an intake by hand? You'd be there forever...

I drool when I see the snap on trucks as well. But I cant afford those tools. So it is sears brand for me, and money left over for parts. But if I was a mechanic for a living, I would pony up for some really good tools also.:2thumbup:
