WHITE GT w/ T-Tops or Vert leaving Biffs

I am just curious about this: When I left Biffs friday night (9:30ish), I ran across a white GT mustang (looked to be T-Tops or convertible).

1: was it t-tops or a vert?
2: any mods or anything?

true. i got a white lx with a black top with ponys. i was not at biffs last week or the week before, though.
