Who hits the ......
SO who hits the gym up ,,,, which gym(your likes/dis like) ,,what your goals are ...what supplements you take,etc. I know there must be some out there and I am sure some of you will say "i drink beer,etc" which will be funny. But I just thought I would ask and see how and what other people are doing....

I usually hit it pretty hard, I seem tohave been on a slump for the past 3 weeks tho... I was trying to get bigger/stronger, but then I started sparring at this Dojo in Pleasanton and got fuct up by a few black belts cuz my lats weren't letting me block my ribs right. Anyway I take Glutamine, Some Multi-Vitamin, Muscle Milk, and SuperPump before I train... I'm currently rethinking my strategy. I wanted to get my strength back and got to where I was benching 405 4 times on my last set, so now I'm thinking I need to focus on cardio and maybe my legs more cuz I don't wanna be "that guy" at the pool.. Plus there are a few dudes like that where I go lift and they wear these Daisy's and I just can't keep but laugh... But yeah training to be strong like a power lifter makes for a big belly!.

golds on 35 and walzem. I live closer to the live oak golds but its always quiet there and have full access to everything. The one in live oak feels like you need to call ahead and reserve a bench.

Yeah its usually busy where the weights are typically I would just use the cardio stuff upstairs.

I normally run to and swim at the Spectrum at Rogers Ranch...not much into lifting, but I do love the Muscle Milk

just coming off a shoulder injury so i'm just getting back into the swing of things. got a power rack in the garage that I use and slurp down a nice protein shake after i'm done lifting. thats about it!

i went all evil knievel on my mountain bike about 6 months ago and landed right on my shoulder from about 10 feet up in the air. so yeah, after 6 months of no weight lifting i feel you on the strength loss.
