Would you be interested in a 1964 Ford Falcon Sprint? Color is Gaurdsman Blue on black It has a factory 260 (about 275hp), 4spd (Borg Warner Side Loader), bucket seats, console, Sprint Pedestal dash Tach, and back up lite feature. Also added, Amercian Racing wheels, 4 barrel, duals, and headers. This is a totally awesome, unmolested car,... I am not sure, but I would swear the it has the original spare. This car even has the original under hood chrome kit to include breather, valve covers, and PS pump housing. See a pick of the car in my web site.

I am the 3rd owner and have had this car since 1990. When I bought the car, I took 3 years to restore it. It was an Arizona car and had NO cancer at all. I then drove it as my daily driver for about 5 years. I took it off of the street because I was afraid that it would get wrecked.

I have alot of extra parts to go with it.
1. 289 block with 5 bolt bell housing mount, out of an early 289 Fairlane.
2. Ford Falcon Top loader with Falcon tail housing (shifter mounts at front of housing), and original Ford shifter (very rare and virtually no where to be found because they were all thrown out in lue of Hurst shifters). Plus, not very many Top Loaders were put into Falcons because they all got Side Loaders (extra rare).
3. Rear Sprint aluminum Panel, almost perfect.
4. Extra side aluminum strips. Perfect
5. Extra console. (finding one is like pulling hens teeth)
6. And alot of other things that I can't think of right now.

Small fortune just in parts...

A little history: Ford originally needed a car to race at Monte Carlo. In the early 60s the only car that they had that was small enough to run in the class what the Falcon, but the Falcon only had a 6 cyl at the time. The only cars that could be run at Monte Carlo were cars that were homologated. So Ford took the Falcon and put a fast back hard top on it, droped a V-8 in it and produced it. Then the car was legal to enter in Monte Carlo. The Falcon ran there for several years, and kicked a$$ in just about evey race it entered. Just a little good to know Ford info...

The car does need a little front end work, but still goes down the road ok, and some other small attention. For a 42 year old car, it is awesome.

Car and Parts-Everything must go together. For more details, call me.
Will also trade for a later model car or truck.

I looked at the car on thousand oaks and got some info for you. It's a '69 Torino Fastback GT, rebuilt 351W 2 bbl., auto trans, lookks completely stock. Body needs quarter patches x2 (minimum), dent in pass door and of course needs painted. Some primer and bondo on front fenders and doors. I couldn't see the trunk and I didn't check the floorboards. Called the guy and he couldn't verify the motor was original. Interior was black and looked redone. He wants $4400, which is not a bargain in my book, but to each their own. I'd guess the paint and body would run around $4K. His number is (210) 403-3041. Tom

Pretty sure the 351W was not offered in Torinos in 69

ive got two '66 ford fairlanes that id be willing to let go of. one is a fastback and the other is a club coupe. both are the 500 model. the fastback has power steering and factory A/C. the coupe has neither. both are 289/C4 drivetrain. the coupe has the engine and tranny removed, and the engine is in rebuilt shortblock form. the fastback is all there and all together. the fastback doesnt run but last time i had a battery to it the engine would crank just not start up. ive got some pics of the fastback and can get pics of the coupe in the semi-near future if need be. shoot me a message if youre interested.
