WTB: Storage for a motor/trans for two months

I am currently in Kuwait and unfortunately for me, I have no one to turn to to store a motor/trans that I am wanting to get. If you know me and live in dfw,sa,atown, htown area and have room to store this, I'd be most appreciative, and would be glad to provide "rent" for two months until I return to the States. I've PMed a few people but so far I don't have a place to store it.

the owner has the motor/trans now and we are trying to decide what to do. thatdavidkid, i appreciate your offer but i'm sorry i must pass up your offer. i know a few people on the site that i am comfortable with enough to store the motor with, but i'm not going to send it to someone i don't know. thanks again though for the offer, it is appreciated.

Not to be a dick but if thats the case , maybe you should pm those people instead of posting it on an open board for all to respond to .......

Ok, I think I might be able to do it.

I only need two things:

1. The approximate dimensions of the motor and transmission.

2. Someone with a lift to get it out of the back of my truck.

maybe i should have just left it to PM's.

thatdavidkid, my apologies for coming off rude. i actually am very appreciative of anyone that would be willing to help, but i don't feel comfortable giving something valuable to someone i do not know. i don't see how this is hard to understand. i don't have my cell phone as i am overseas so it's not as easy as just calling people up.

it looks like the seller will store it for me. that'd be so much easier than inconveniencing one of y'all!

austin
