Anyone know the differences other than the design of these 2 items. I can get a brand new xcal 2 for $250 shipped or an xcal 3 for $355 shipped. Is the xcal3 worth the extra $100 bucks. If so what features are added? Thanks in advance

I got an X3 and you know what happened to mine. They're so new that are still a lot of bugs that need to be fixed.

haha i dont remember specific reasons but i remember comparing the 2 to the 3 and it didnt seem worth it at all. can still adjust the same things, just a little bigger screen on the 3 and some minor things like that

sniper not an option. I have read TOO many bad things about on the 3vs. Didnt do too much research on it for the 2vs but i dont think a sniper will come with in 100 ft of my car from the horror stories i have read. Im gonna get the bamachips tune from doug. shows nice gains to the wheels with alot better response.

dont judge a tuner by ppls ability to not use it..thats all ima say on that.

im sure ull be happy with the bama chip though

I have an Xcal3 and the main differences are a bigger screen along with more tuning options than the Xcal 2. I love mine, one of the best purchases for my car so far.
